Assignment #1 Jarred L
Radical in the White House by Thomas L. Friedman is about putting an african american in the white house after so many tries. The african american community had so many obstacles to over come the past fifty years. It all started with Martin Luther King Jr. and his "I have a Dream" speech. Thomas states this is a great accomplishment but not to let that be last one. Their are many more accomplishments to be made. Thomas goes on to tell about the other presidents and how they have done in the economic crisis. I believe that Thomas is right that some change is good and indeed to focus more on our economic situation instead of other countries problems. We need a plan to help the economic situation and job stablility.
